"Bacchus" Miniature Stained Glass Transom
| Description: | Miniature door with stained glass rectangular panel and semi-circular transom comprised of bloodwood, sterling silver, fine silver, and vitreous enamels applied using the plique-a-jour technique of enameling. Center cameo motif depicts a young Bacchus drinking wine with grapes, kegs, and scenic background surrounding it. The curved transom depicts a bottle of wine, 2 glasses of wine, and hanging clusters of grapes. Transom stained glass panel is approximately 1.5 inches tall x 2.5 inches wide.
